Customer Service 1. I only offer gift-wrapping during the holiday season (November-December or April-May for Mother's Day), but all of the items are sent out gift appropriate in jewelry boxes, bags or pouches. If you'd like to send a wrapped gift to a friend or family member, I'll charge $3.99 per piece.
2. All orders above $30 will be mailed First Class free of charge to anywhere in the U.S., unless you want it express mail. Express mail will cost $14.99 to anywhere in the U.S. Jewelry will be shipped within five business days after the money gets posted in my PayPal account. If you want me to ship pieces to different addresses, I will charge $3.99 for each address. If a package comes back to me marked “refused” I will charge a 25 percent restocking fee on the total of the merchandise that was refused.
3. I can only put one picture per item on this Web site, but if you'd like to get more photos of any piece you'd like to see in better detail, please send me an e-mail at info@claudiacarreon.com with your information and the item number, and I'll be happy to do that. To obtain the status of an order, enter the confirmation number and click Go!.
